19 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

celery rib
sliced

cup
green olives, smashed
Flat leaf parsley
about 4 sprigs, chopped

extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
