This incredibly versatile cucumber dill tzatziki is a workhorse in our kitchen. It’s super creamy, herby and ridiculously good. And you can have this fuss-free homemade version ready in minutes!
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper according to preference.
Transfer to serving bowl, top with olive oil, more fresh dill and red pepper flakes. Serve chilled.
