is a lovely little summer bite made with my beginner-friendly, no-knead Prairie Seed Artisan bread. Scale up the recipe and use crostini to make a simple, crowd pleasing seasonal appetizer.

seeded bread, toasted
or crostini

full fat ricotta
6-8
sweet cherries, sliced
washed, pitted and stems removed
1
teaspoon
cacao nibs
1
teaspoon
honey
Fresh thyme leaves to garnish

Instructions
Wash, pit and slice cherries and set aside.
Toast bread and spread with ricotta.
Top with cherries, then sprinkle with cacao nibs, drizzle with honey and finish with fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
