A 3-Qt Dutch oven is the minimum requirement for baking my artisan breads, or use it to broil, braise, bake, roast, sauté, simmer or fry your favourite meals.
• Porcelain enamel on cast iron is heat tolerant and impervious to water and other consumables
• The porcelain enameled interior has a smooth finish that minimizes sticking, promotes caramelization and resists staining
• Even heat distribution and retention
• Tight fitting lid locks in flavour and moisture
• Stainless steel knob is heat resistant to 500ºF (260ºC)
• Oven, stove and dishwasher safe; however, I recommend washing enameled cookware with warm, soapy water for best results
