4-Ingredient Chia Seed Strawberry Jam

- 2 cups strawberries washed and stems removed (about 1 pint)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Place strawberries in a medium-sized bowl and mash until desired consistency is reached. If berries are large, you can halve or quarter them before mashing to make it a little easier.
- Add honey, chia seeds and lemon juice and stir until combined.
- Transfer jam to a sealable glass jar and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until thickened.
